How can a municipality use local AI while keeping documents, permissions and operational decisions under its control?
WORKING NOTE
The working idea is a compact, maintainable node installed in or near the municipality. It can organise local documents, support staff, connect territorial sensors and run selected AI models without making a permanent cloud connection the default. The project starts with governance and daily work: which data exists, who may use it, what must remain local and which decisions must always stay with people.
